Colorado Springs Residents / Local Pickup

We can arrange pickup at Eclectic Co., our core retail space in downtown Colorado Springs, if you’d prefer to wave shipping costs.  Simply check the box for “local pickup” when you checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a fulfillment notification via e-mail.

Since we wear every hat as small business owners and candymakers, please allow for at least 3-4 business days to receive shipping notification for your order. Please feel free to include a note with your order regarding any specifics you’d like us to know.

If you are in a rush for product, we advise that you shop in-person at Eclectic Co. downtown, our retail hub, that is open 7 days a week.

U.S. Shipping

We ship USPS Priority with an estimated arrival of 1-4 business days based on the destination. Once we ship, you will receive tracking information via e-mail so you can plan for your sweet delivery.

For Colorado residents only, we offer the option of shipping USPS First Class and Parcel, which are categorized by weight. While Priority Mail includes $50 insurance, First Class and Parcel do not so please choose accordingly. Even within Colorado, these shipments can take 5-7 days to arrive so we recommend Priority for summer and urgent shipments.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Chocolate

While we are always working to find the most affordable and safest delivery options for our customers, we currently cannot guarantee that our product will not melt when shipped unless shipped overnight. We ship chocolate in an insulated liner with an ice pack, but if a package is left in the sun or a car for an extended period of time, please be aware that there is still the possibility that chocolate items can melt even in the winter.  Make sure to use the USPS Priority tracking information to plan accordingly for the arrival of your order.

If you live in an area with warmer temps (over 70+ degrees) or want to ship to those locations, we typically would not recommend shipping chocolate. We use USPS Priority shipping to deliver you the best price on shipping, but we certainly can ship overnight or 2-day via UPS or FedEx. Simply send us an e-mail at bonbonbombardier@gmail.com and we can quote you on the additional cost. If you’d prefer not to pay more, caramels, chews, marshmallows, pate de fruits, and other confections without chocolate are a much better option for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we wish we could personally deliver each package ourselves, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and items left unattended. Thank you for your understanding.

Unlike USPS First Class and Parcel, all USPS Priority shipments include $50 of insurance. As a small business, we cannot be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages, but we are always happy to assist you in working with the Postal Service to locate them. If, in the worst case scenario, your package is lost, you can submit a claim. Follow the step-by-step process below first before doing so. USPS usually sends claim decisions within 5-10 days.
