We offer two very different hot chocolates that we think you’ll love!
Our Salted Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa is between a rich European-style drinking chocolate and the hot cocoa that we grew up with in the States. It is perfect for sipping and dipping your favorite cookies! Made with 55% French dark chocolate, decadent dark cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, and sea salt, it pairs perfectly with your favorite dairy and non-dairy milks. We love making it with unsweetened oat milk and a little freshly grated nutmeg, but you can also jazz it up with your favorite spirit if you like.
We also make a Bonbon version of Champurrado, an atole-style Mexican hot chocolate traditionally served during the holidays and winter season. Made with piloncillo or unprocessed cane sugar, masa harina, and lightly spiced with cinnamon & star anise, it has a unique rich & dreamy flavor and creamy texture that is so delicious. Also vegan & gluten free, you can make it with you favorite dairy or non-dairy milks and add a little fresh orange zest, splash of vanilla, or try with mezcal, aged rum, or brandy.
